Art, Design, and Intention -- All to What End?

Join us for an evening of discussion and reflection on the continuum of:  art for art's sake to doing design with an interventionist agenda.  Batya will frame the discussion by reflecting on her personal experiences designing technology to effect social change and doing art for form and beauty. Sabah Aldhaher, Lee Gass, Tom Small and Batya Friedman will present their perspectives and experiences on the intention of their art creations.

Wine and simple desserts will be served.
